Hello fellow jigmasters! I'm John Chiarpotti, also known as Johnny C. I founded California Reservoir Lures in 2010 as an accomplished tournament angler and longtime bass fishing guide. My mission was simple: create professional-quality jigs with paint-free line ties at a price every angler could afford. Just as important, I wanted to stay connected with my customers and bring their custom color designs to life. After all these years, I'm proud to say we've delivered on both — and we're still crafting top-shelf products every day.
